REGISTRATION PROCESS: A parent/guardian should register by clicking on this link:

1. To find your program, click on the link provided… https://www.familyid.com/organizations/arundel-high-schooland then choose the Arundel Athletic Programs link seen here.

2. Next, scroll down and click on the blue Register Now button.

3A. If this is your first time registering a student-athlete, you must create an account.

3B. If this is NOT your first time registering a student-athlete, you MUST use your previous log-in information

4. Sign up for FamilyID with your name, a valid email address and a password you will remember. **** You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account.

(If you don’t see the email, check your E-mail filters (spam, junk, etc.).

5. FamilyID will send you an email to activate your account. You will not be able to go any further until you check your email and activate the account by clicking the link.

6. Once in the registration form, begin by selecting the sport that you wish to register for and work your way through the online form.

If you’ve registered an athlete before, select them from the drop down menu here!

All fields with a red* are required to have an answer

In the First section, it will ask you to “Upload most recent Physical HERE…” and you will either need to scan the physical or take a CLEAR photo of your physical form, ALL PAGES, and attach it using the “Choose File” link supplied. ***If you don’t have your physical yet, you can add it at a later date by updating your registration! Please do not hand a physical to a coach or the main office.

Anyone participating in athletics for AACPS will need to have insurance. The “Carrier” will be the insurance company (Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna…etc). The subscriber name is the family member who pays for the insurance. The group number can be found on your insurance card. ***IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE, please place “NONE” in each field and check that you would like to purchase school insurance. Your athlete will not be allowed on the playing surface without insurance.

You will be asked to review the various forms required by AACPS.

You will then be asked to check the box labeled “Yes, I agree.”

Then you will be asked to electronically sign stating that you’ve read and agree to each form. Without this, your student-athlete cannot be cleared to play.

When finished, make sure to click the green “SAVE AND CONTINUE” button.

IMPORTANT!You must submit the registration by clicking the green box!

After clicking the registration button you will be complete with registration!

UPDATING…

• At any time, you may log in at www.familyid.com to update your information and to check your registration(s).

• Example: If your student-athlete has a head injury before the start of practice, please update this!

• Another time that you might need to update the registration is if you don’t have your physical when you are registering. It is okay to update your registration with the valid physical form at a later date. We need your physical on file before the start of practice!
