INTRODUCTION

First of all, we need to admit that paints and coatings are tradition that could not be separated

from buildings. The elegance of one building is decided from its design and also the correct

choice of finishing to be used. SK KAKEN or SKK was a painting company that was founded

in 1955 where it is also known as SHIKOKU KAGAKU KENKYUSHO and the Company was

create product which quality has been confirmed and approval by JIS (Japan Industrial

Standard) in Japan.

Today, with 7 factories in Japan and also factories in Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia,

SKK produces in excess of 150.000 tons of paints and coating every year and SKK also has

established a large network of distribution in EUROPE, MIDLE EAST of AMERICA,

AUSTRALIA, AFRIKA, and ASIA where Indonesia is one of them. SKK products has also

been confirmed besides by JIS (Japan Industrial Standard), it has also received an ISO 9002

certificate award for its quality assurance in production, installation and servicing

In Indonesia, PT. MAJU JAYA BERSAMA SENTOSA has been appointed by SKK as its

Authorized Applicator where the job is to apply only SKK products and services in

Indonesia. To deliver and maintain a good product and services to our customer in

Indonesia, we, PT. MAJU JAYA BERSAMA SENTOSA supply product directly from

Indonesia factory. Beside that, SKK has also transferred the technological knowledge to PT.

MAJU JAYA BERSAMA SENTOSA to ensure the reliability of SKK products and service to

our customer in Indonesia.
