1 CONVENTIONS

Identify the conventions of music magazines in terms of page layout, design, genre, and mode of address.

Explain how you used conventions in your magazine identifying specific examples.

Try to make this as visual as possible, using images, mind-map, video, etc.

2 REPRESENTATION

How are people typically represented in your genre of music magazine?

How did you represent people in your magazine? How did you represent different social groups (e.g. age, gender, ethnicity, etc.)? Identify specific examples from your magazine of the use of images, camerawork, mise-en-scene, colour, and language.

Include images, video, mood boards, as well as detailed written explanation of how you constructed representations.
