As we celebrate the 10th grant year of Impact100 Philadelphia, we want to share our accomplishments and plans for an even more impactful future.

Record Membership & Funding for our Community – Our 10th Anniversary year saw a record membership of 387 women with an 80% membership renewal and new member growth of 5%.

In 10 Years, Impact100 members have contributed over $2.7 million to 44 local nonprofits.

A New Look for Impact100 Philadelphia culminating in the 10th Anniversary Annual Meeting and Impact Engagement Fair – Our website, newsleer, social media and communications throughout the year have featured our new Impact100 Philadelphia logo (simplified for digital media) and our 10th Anniversary tagline Celebrating a Decade of Women Giving as One. We celebrated this milestone at our Annual Meeting by creating the Impact Engagement Fair, inviting nonprofits we have funded to display and share their important work with aendees .

Enhanced Grant Review Process – To continuously improve grantmaking, the heart of our mission, as well as our members’ experience, we enhanced our process by building more and stronger grant review teams. We did this to respond to both the growth in our membership and the demand from the nonprofit community for our highly sought-aer $100,000 Core Mission Grants.

Assuring Our Legacy – Launch of Young Philanthropist Program and Continued Growth of Founders Fellowship – Extending our commitment to develop the next generation of women philanthropists and leadership for Impact100 Philadelphia, we have added a Young Philanthropist (YP) membership for our 2018-2019 grant year. Full membership benefits will be offered to women ages 21-35 for an annual membership fee of $575 with installment payments available. Established in 2014 to honor our Founders, the Founders Fellowship (FF) program has grown to 7 Fellows who enjoy full membership and are invited to remain on a 3-year path-to-membership program. FF is a competitive application process that is open to young women, ages 25-35, who have a strong interest in addressing the vital needs of our community through collective giving and can bring a diverse perspective to the Impact100 process but may lack the financial resources to join Impact100 Philadelphia. Two new Co-Chair positions have been added to our Board to represent the views and needs of these young women and develop leadership for the future through further growth of these programs.

Hosting the Women’s Collective Giving Grantmakers Network (WCGN) National Conference in Philadelphia October 21-23, 2018 – WCGN is comprised of 58 women’s collective giving organizations in 25 states and 2 countries. Impact100 Philadelphia is pleased to be serving as the host for WCGN’s National Conference where member organizations will share best practices related to collective-giving grantmaking. We hope our members and interested guests will join us at the Logan Hotel for “We The Women”.

Programs and Operations – As Impact100 Philadelphia has grown, so have our programs and operations. In addition to funding our grantmaking activities,

technology platform, and administrative costs, we have used our operating budget to host almost 30 events this grant year: • Membership Kickoff, Fall & Spring Education Programs • New Member “Get to Know Impact100 Philadelphia” • 16 Membership Information Sessions & Member/Guest Meet-Ups • 8 Volunteer Days at local nonprofits • 10th Anniversary Annual Meeting and Impact Engagement Fair
