OLD BUSINESS- None.

OPEN FLOOR :

Southeast survivors meetings on list – Sam-We decided to leave their meetings on our list until they got on their feet. They are now fully operational as their own area and are on the Regional meeting list. If there are no objections, these meeting will be removed from SENANA list. Jon provided clarification that the meetings being spoke of are the 2 meetings in Nebraska City, and the Tecumseh meeting. Meetings will be taken off; no objections from ASC.

NEW BUSINESS :

Motion 1: VOTE IN GROUPS Any archiveable material concerning SENANA ASC and its accompanying

subcommittes is the responsibility to collect and store in one centralized location withing the Literature committee storage area. This is to be added to the secretary's duties in the SENANA guidelines. Intent: This is to direct the who and where we store all the materials collected throughout the course of our area business. At this time we have nothing in our policy that covers who is responsible and where we store our previous minutes, policies, contracts, minutes, flyers, ect. There are also materials from years and decades passed that have been passed from person to person and place to place with no accountability of where they end up. This motion solves that issue. Submitted by Chad J. Second by Kameron I. Financial Impace-No, Change in Policy-Yes.

FUTURE ASC MEETINGS

November 3rd at 2pm – Cross the Line Church, 5929 Adams, Lincoln. December 1st at 2pm – Cross the Line Church, 5929 Adams, Lincoln.
