FEE BASED AFFILIATION TO AGRICULTURE SKILL

COUNCIL OF INDIA (ASCI)

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

a) Applicant must be a legal Indian registered entity in the form of Private Limited Company / Public Limited Company / Society / Trust / Association / Section 8 Company (earlier Section 25) / Educational Institution / Government Organization funded by Central or State Government.

b) Application from a consortium is not permitted.

c) An applicant must not have been blacklisted by any State Government/ Central Government / Donor Agency.

d) Applicants shall not have a conflict of interest that affects the Empanelment Process or any sanction of work that may follow. Any applicant found to have a conflict of interest is liable to be debarred at any stage, including, after grant of affiliation.

e) ASCI reserves the right not to proceed with the Empanelment Process at any time, without notice or liability, and to reject any application without assigning any reason(s).

f) It is not obligatory for ASCI to accept any application or to give any reasons for their decision.

g) The submission of application does not imply that ASCI is bound to empanel any applicant(s).

h) Information relating to the examination, clarification, evaluation and recommendation for the application shall not be disclosed to any person.

i) ASCI reserves the right to not entertain any correspondence with any applicant in relation to acceptance or rejection of any application.

j) ASCI reserves the right to verify all statements, information and documents submitted by the applicant for affiliation. If at any time during the evaluation process ASCI requires any clarification, it reserves the right to seek such information from the applicant. The applicant will be obliged to provide the same with supporting documents in the specified timeframe.

k) The applicant shall bear all costs associated with or relating to the preparation and submission of the application including but not limited to preparation, copying, postage, delivery fees, expenses associated with any demonstrations or presentations which may be required by ASCI or any other costs incurred in connection with or relating to its application. All such costs and expenses would be on the applicants account and ASCI shall not be liable in any manner for the same or for any other costs or expenses incurred by the applicant in preparation or submission of the application, regardless of the outcome of the related processes.

l) Empanelment with ASCI does not guarantee any form of income / award of work / retainer fees.

m) A print-out of the application form along with hard copies of the relevant documents (duly signed ( self attested) & stamped) to be sent to the Agriculture Skill Council of India (ASCI) at the below mentioned address-

n) Application with support documents will be forwarded as a single spiral bound document. Application submitted in loose sheets or any other manner will not be processed and summarily rejected.

o) Application is to be submitted along with a NON REFUNDABLE Processing Fee of Rs 2000/-.



p) Post Affiliation training will be conducted in batches with the minimum strength of 20 and maximum 30.

q) All assessments requested by the empanelled organization will be undertaken on payment of assessment fee as mutually decided or as per the Common Cost Norms specified by Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship from time to time.

r) Assessment fee for each trainee will be remitted in advance before assessment is conducted which could be online / through tablets with physical assessment of practical.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION:

(a) All the Para’s and Sub-Para’s of the application should be filled as per the information required by ASCI to evaluate the application. Blank spaces will be considered as incomplete application and is liable to be rejected. Applicant should therefore submit the application after careful examination.

(b) Any misrepresentation/improper response as required in the application shall lead to the rejection of the application.

(c) In case it is found at any time during or subsequent to the Empanelment Process or anytime during the period of subsistence thereof, that one or more of the pre-requisite conditions have not been met by the applicant or that the applicant has made material misrepresentation or has given any materially incorrect or false information, the affiliation, if granted, shall be discontinued forthwith, without ASCI being liable in any manner whatsoever to the Applicant / Training Partner.

(d) The proposal should be neatly typed or filled in indelible ink and signed by the authorised signatory of the applicant. All pages should be signed. All alterations, omissions, additions or any other amendments made in the application must be initialled by the person(s) signing the proposal.

(e) Notwithstanding anything contained in this application, ASCI reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal at any time without any liability or any obligation for such acceptance or rejection without assigning any reasons thereof.

(f) Post desktop processing of the application, if evaluated to be within the acceptable parameters of ASCI, applicant will be informed regarding the subsequent procedures to be completed.

(g) Organization to submit undertaking on stamp paper as prescribed by ASCI.

(h) In case the applicant organization does not fulfil the acceptable requirements, application will be rejected and the applicant informed. No reconsideration of the rejected application will be undertaken; however the applicant organization may re- apply as a fresh case.
