THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION, subject to the attorney-client privilege to discuss pending or threatened litigation pertaining to 1) Doña Ana County v. The Communications Workers of America, Local 911, cause number D-307-CV-2016-02430; 2) to discuss pending or threatened litigation pertaining to draining and flooding issues in the La Union area; and, 3) to provide a general overview to BOCC of current pending or threatened litigation as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, §10-15-1 (H)(7). THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
