Asconi SRL was founded in 1994. Since then we have constantly strived to produce wine of the highest quality possible. Significant investments were made in new and modern equipment as well as our own vineyards 7km (4 miles) away from the winery. The plantation is just over 400 hectares (1000 acres) and has grape varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat Ottonel. Red: Cabernet Sauvignon - Full-bodied matured deep ruby red wine.

Cabernet-Sauvignon has a wonderful, deep, juicy black plum bouquet. It expresses very nice balance, excellent structure and a graceful mouthfeel combined with deep flavors of raspberry and black cherries.

Vintage: 2009 Alcohol content: 12,5% Bottles per case: 12 Merlot - Full-bodied matured deep ruby red wine. Bouqet with

blackberry and violets. Round and mild fruit palate with notes of red fruit jam and ripe cherry. Elegant, slightly astringent aftertaste.

White: Chardonnay - Fine white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes.

Medium rich on the palate, delicate and balanced, fresh and lively with notes of tropical fruits. Aromas of barberry and wild flowers. Best served chilled.

Sauvignon - Fine white wine made from 100% Sauvignon. The wine is

fresh and vibrant with notes of passion fruit and ripe pineapple on the palate. Reveals a typical varietal bouquet with traces of tropical fruits. Best served chilled.

Red: Cabernet Sauvignon - Cabernet-Sauvignon is the king of the top-

quality red wines. The flavor with a structure, complexity and longevity makes you dream. This wine shows complex varietal fruit flavours including cherry, black cherry and raspberry with hints of oak, vanilla and spice. Good balance between acidity and tannins ensures the wine structure and longevity never to be forgotten.

Merlot - Succulent flavours of ripe plum and blackcurrant, enhanced

by hints of coffee and chocolate. Soft tannins lend a firm structure and a long soft finish. Merlot is a perfect match for game, roasted meat and pastas.

White: Chardonnay - Lively and fresh wine with delicate aromas of exotic

fruits with a hint of barberries and pear on the palate. The Chardonnay will pair well with light salads, poultry and oysters.

Sauvignon - Our Sauvignon is characterized by spice and fruit as well

as elegant notes of honey. To protect and enhance the delicate fruit aromas and flavors, this wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel. Match it with chicken, green salads or fresh seafood.

Red: Cabernet Sauvignon - An elegant and mature wine with

a deep red color. The aged aroma with hints of cherries and other similar fruit give this wine great harmony. It has a pleasant, light and long-lasting taste. Goes well with red meats and salads.
