Sirina Sisombat-Hervy is the Managing Director of Sinouk Coffee, a leading player in the

Coffee Industry in Laos.

She leads the internal transformation of the company to scale with its future growth in

domestic and regional markets. Under her leadership, the company has reinforced its

presence in the lao market with a unique value proposition as the company masters the

entire coffee value chain: Not only do they grow coffee, roast it with their own receipe,

and distribute to HORECA, but Sirina also has her sights set on establishing coffee tourism

as a key draw card to Southern Laos. Visitors can visit their coffee plantation where they

can see the whole processing, and also complement their coffee experience at the Coffee

Learning House.

Her previous experiences in Marketing and Sales in France and Singapore as well as her

leadership have given a new dynamic to the entire organization. She is transforming the

way of drinking Lao coffee by raising it to international expectations, and progressively

bringing in disruptives consumption models which shall progressively be adopted by Lao

people. Her ambition is to lead the expension of the the company to Asean Market within

the next 5 years, and keep raising the level of awareness about Lao coffee internationally.

Her actions are already bringing results as the company plans is to export their roasted

coffee in 4 Asean countries this year.

Before joining Sinouk Coffee and returning to her Origin Country, she headed the office of

a start up in Singapore where she also built her network and knowledge of the ASEAN

market. She then joined a major American Consulting Company in the Digital Consulting

practice and lead projects with clients in various industries such as Logistic, Insurance,

FMCG, Government.

Sirina Sisombat-Hervy holds a Master degree in Business and Administration from Reims

Management School, France.

Andi Andries serves as Risk Management Director of Indosurya Finance. He is an xperienced

finance professional in retail banking, small medium enterprise businesses, and Islamic

banking sector with focus in risk management, credit cycle, acquisition strategy, portfolio

management, policy and procedures, and collection management. He started his career

with General Motors EMD in LaGrange, Illinois in 1999 prior to extensive career in Financial

sector, from Bank of America-University of San Francisco as card operations officer in 2001

to Indosurya Finance as Director of Risk Management in 2017. For the past 3 years, he has

been embracing the digital transformation and disruption in the industry as a cofounding

team of one of the pioneer P2P players in Indonesia. Now with main goal to transform

Indosurya Finance to be the leading NBFI in leveraging technology in the financial industry.

Andi Andries earned his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of

Dwi Wahyu Daryoto serves as Director of Asset Management of PT Pertamina (Persero).

Previously, he served as Director of Human Resources, Information Technology and General

Tanudiredja, Wibisana and Partners, a member of PwC International. His career started in

1986 where he took the position of Auditor Junior of BPKP. Starting 2012, he lectures on

Henry Koenaifi serves as Director of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Currently he is responsible

for the SME and Commercial banking, including cash management and credit services. He

also supervises wholly-owned four wheeler financing subsidiary, PT BCA Finance, and two-

wheeler financing subsidiary, PT Central Santosa Finance (CS Finance).

Prior to being appointed to BCA’s Board of Directors, he was the President Director of PT

BCA Finance (2000–2008). He was appointed by the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency

(IBRA) as the Head of the Management Team of PT Bank Bali Tbk and as a member of the

Managing Team of Bank Jaya (1999-2000). Henri Koenaifi joined BCA in 1989 and has since

held various managerial positions both at branches and at the head office. Before

beginning his career in the banking industry with BCA in 1989, he was with global IT

company, IBM for six years.

Henry Koenaifi graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Parahyangan

Catholic University (1984), and continued his studies at the Institut Pengembangan

Manajemen Indonesia (IPMI) in 2000. He holds an MBA degree from Monash University,

Cyrillus Harinowo serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk.

Concurrently serving as Chairman of the Audit Committee of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, and

as Independent Commissioner of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Prior to joining BCA, he served

twenty five years with Bank Indonesia as, among others, Director of the Money Market and

Monetary Management Department (1994–1998). He also served as an Alternate Executive

Director and Technical Assistance Advisor for the Monetary and Exchange Affairs

Department, International Monetary Fund (IMF), Washington (1998–2003). He has

experience as a delegation member in meetings for the Inter Governmental Group on

Indonesia (IGGI), Consultative Group for Indonesia (CGI), IMF and World Bank. He has held

several managerial positions in both governmental and non-governmental institutions, and

was Assistant to the Minister of Trade (1988–1989).

Cyrillus Harinowo is a lecturer at several major universities in Jakarta, speaker and article

writer for domestic and international seminars and media. He has published books on

Indonesia’s public debt (2002), the IMF (2004), and the “Musim Semi Perekonomian

Indonesia” (2005).

Cyrillus Harinowo graduated in Accounting from Gadjah Mada University (1977), obtained a

master’s degree in Development Economics from the Centre for Development Economics,

Williams College, Massachusetts (1981), and a PhD in Monetary and International Policy

from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, USA (1985).

Hendrik Sia serves as an Executive Vice President of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Currently he

is responsible for Network Management and Regional Development. Hendrik Sia joined BCA

in 1995 as an MDP Trainee. After he finished his MDP training on October 1996, he start his

experiences in Banking first as an Associate Operation Support Analyst and continued as an

Authorized Signer in Jakarta Main Brach Office (1996 – 1997). By the end of 1997, he was

given an opportunity to develop his career as a representative of vice chairman for Branch

Office. And then on April 2004, he was promoted to become a leader in the Main Branch

Office at Cakranegara, West Nusa Tenggara for 2 years. And continued his success in

Cakranegara, he moved to Makasar and Veteran Surabaya for about 4 years each.

Hendrik Sia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Trisakti University,

Indonesia and Master’s degree in Economics from Airlangga University, Indonesia (2003).

Fanny Surjadi is the Senior Vice President and Deputy Head of International Banking

Institutions Group which covers relationship with global banks. She oversees four regions of

Financial Institutions Group which consist of more than 25 people globally.

Fanny joined BCA in 1993. She started her career in BCA as manager in BCA New York

followed by position in BCA Head Office overseeing BCA’s overseas branches and subsidiary

worldwide. Then she holds various responsibilities in International Banking Division

particularly in managing Financial Institutions Group.

Fanny holds a Master Degree in International Business Management and graduated as

in 1987. In 1994, she was appointed Head of the Corporate Bureau Section, before being

Prof. Dr. Ina Primiana serves as President Commissioner of PT Pegadaian (Persero). She is

Professor of Economics and Business at Padjajaran University (UNPAD), Indonesia. She is a

researcher, and the scope of research is generally conducted on industry and SME’s. Her

expertise is in operations management, logistics and supply chain management. Currently,

she is chairman of the SME’s Focus Group at the Indonesian Economy Graduate Association

(ISEI) and member of LP3E of Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. As a

speaker or person source both at regional and national level. In 2016 became Chairman of

the Doctoral Program of Management Science and is currently the head of Business school

owned by the largest regional Bank in Indonesia.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Faculty of Economics of Padjajaran

University (1986), Master’s degree in Management Technology from Bandung Institute of

Technology (1994), and Doctorate in Management Technology from Bandung Institute of

head.

Prior to joining PT Patra Jasa, Rizki was with Standard Chartered Bank Indonesia as

key positions at Bank CIMB Niaga (formerly Bank Niaga) in Jakarta and Hong Kong, as well
