She has experience working in a variety of programs including Outpatient, Crisis Intervention Services, Crisis Line, Intake, and Residential. She has a background in crisis intervention, domestic violence, sexual assault advocacy, substance abuse, court advocacy, and working with first responders. Her graduate studies’ capstone research utilizing the PEAK Relational Training System to teach adults with developmental disabilities was published in Behavior Analysis in Practice. Her focus is on swift identification of functions of behavior, functional skill acquisition, and family/staff training for long-term effectiveness and behavior change.
