Goals. Participants will set their goals in life. What do they want to achieve in FORM: family, occupation,
recreation and motivation. Motivation example is like travelling.

Barriers to goal achieving. Participants will play a game of mine bomb where they in front of them are boxes that represent a
mine and if they step on the wrong mine it will blow up and they will die. There is only 1 right path and they need to memorize them. Upon playing, participants need to write what are all the ‘bombs’ /
‘barriers’ that will stop them or slow them from achieving their goals in life. Learning: pro-activeness, problem solving, positive, persistent.
Activity Breaking the barriers to achieve my goal. Participants will break a wooden board with their hands. The board signifies barriers of achieving their

Team target achieve. Participants need to work together as a team to push each other, support each other and encourage
each other to succeed. There will be lots of sweat and tears and as long as they put their warrior spirit
into the activity, they can do it and they can achieve it. Learning: pro-activeness, problem solving, positive, people oriented, persistent, positive.
Activity Warrior Codes & Principles. Participants will learn and reinforce principles from Warrior 1 and put them into practice. They will also
be taught new principles like ‘rise above average’, ‘are you broke or are you a record breaker?’, ‘your
results is a reflection of who you are…” and a few more. Learning: positive.
Activity Strike force. Participants need to throw some shurikens (ninja stars) and hit their targets. A 3 rounds game, each
round gets tougher as the participants need to achieve better results. They need to aim, throw and over achieve their targets. Lots of motivation and energy from the teams. A fun, challenging and
results driven game, this challenge will bring the best out of their ninja fighting spirit. Learning: pro-activeness, problem solving, positive, people oriented, persistent, positive.
Activity Building a castle. Participants need to build a structure made out of spaghetti, roles and tapes. They have to
communicate and strategize together to find a way to make it work. They have to believe that they can

Activity Team warrior spirit. Participants need to go through the ultimate warrior challenge to test their will power and commitment
to success. This is the true test of a warrior – mind over matter, mind over body. Warriors help each other. If they focus on their goals, ‘pain’ will be lessen, what keeps them going is their internal spirit.

Activity The power of teams.
Participants will be given a task to do individually. They are then required to work in teams to do the same tasks. 100% of the time, team results always beat an individual result, that’s the benefit of working as a team.
Learning: team beats individuals! Activity
Market getting competitive. Participants will be given a task to achieve as a team. They will be given a mission to get to a
designated area within a timeframe all at once. They will be supported and challenged to succeed together. This challenge is done every transition to break and lunch. Moderately physical. If one team
fails, everybody fails. Learning: achieve a common goal together! When things don’t work, strategize!
Activity Win Win Win.
Participants are required to play a game where as a team they need to make decisions to win other teams. Who shall win? Those that understand the strategy to win! Those who are only thinking about themselves will cost all other teams to fail! This activity will have a heavy debrief and discussion.

Sales Ninja Unity 1 Activity
Castle attack. Participants are required to work together to cross a path filled with traps. They are not allowed to
speak to each other and they have to memorize the path to success. Occasionally someone will not listen or step to the wrong place and cost the team to lose and restart. Some conflicts will occur, lots
of blaming, complaining will happen, this normally destroys team, how do they handle this situation? When debriefing, participants need to write what destroys team and place them on those boxes and
write team winning ideas on the path to success. Learning: ninja teams communicate well.
Activity Everything is awesome song. Participants are required to work together to design a song lyric that matches the song “Everything is
Awesome, Everything Is Cool When You Are Part Of A Team!” Each team need to write, memorize,
practice and perform the songs in front of other teams. This is a fun team activity that brings comrades together to have a great time enjoying poking and supporting each other’s performance. Great laughter, harmony and unity!
Learning: ninja teams communicate well. Activity
Unity painting & drawing. Participants will learn about the passionate art of painting & drawing. They are then required to work
together as teams to paint their journey throughout this training and create a painting for their memento of this training together with all their lessons.
