Z-axis motion is controlled by a traversable crossbeam with vertical up and down movement. The spindle (Z-axis) movement is in the same direction as the machine crossbeam movement and precision machining quality is ensured along the whole of the Z-axis travel whether the cutting tool is close or far from the worktable. Additionally, the vertical and horizontal double-frame structure design increases rigidity, reduces vibrations, and provides machining stability.

Rotary table diameter: 1700mm,configured Hydrostatic Transmission to achieve heavy-loading, high rigidity, high precision, low friction coefficient, good resistance with vibration by film of oil, almost no wear and tear with guideway to ensure its accuracy and rigidity.

Can make simulation Five-axis machining. Way of driven (two motors with a reducer) : Using the same pump to provide each oil cells, and adjusting the pressure by the throttle. And it can automatically adjust by the loading from outside, so its efficiency is much higher.
