The meeting, which held 4-6 August in Jakarta and the day after in Palembang, emphasize the importance of medical services and anti-doping enforcement besides, of course, the sports competition itself.
The services will not only cover the participating athletes, but also the Asian Games Family, officials, and supporters. There will be three tiers of medical services, which is Medical Stations, Medical Centers, and clinics.
INASGOC will be partnering with Indonesian Anti-Doping bodies (LADI), which in turn also have to make some agreements with international doping laboratories accredited by international anti-doping association WADA.
