Qualifying Customer: Their own commercial automobile policy with $1,000,000 combined single limit coverage and listing Shred-Tech as additional insured and loss payee, OR the customer can provide a commercial auto policy declaration page showing an insurance certificate for $1,000,000 of general liability and $1,000,000 of workers’ compensation insurance. The VIN# of our truck must be listed on the customers insurance DEC Page.
Rental Requirements: Customer must complete Credit Card Authorization form. Customer will be charged time on rent plus a $500 security deposit. We will require a copy of the drivers’ license, a signed rental agreement and the walk around DVIR sheet
