Administrative Arrangement and Infrastructure
• Prior to the establishment of the Office of Institutional Planning and Assessment (IPA ) office in 2010, structural challenges had hampered comprehensive assessment and planning efforts at the institution
• Implementation and maintenance responsibilities for planning and assessment are carried out through the University Strategic Planning Council (USPC) and the University Assessment and Improvement Council (UAIC)
• A uniform six-step assessment and improvement process is in place at the university, requiring campus units to align their strategic plans to the University Strategic Plan 5 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
