    MBOy Management :

    Management by objectives

    (MBO) is a systematic and organized approach thatallows management to focus on achievable goals andto attain the best possible results from availableresources.

    Management by Objectives (MBO) was first outlinedby Peter Drucker in 1954 in his book 'The Practice ofManagement'.

    instead of considering their long term or mainobjective of their organization.

    Conclusion:y MBO was initially applied in the operation and

    management of enterprises, Chinese enterprises

    introduced the method ofM

    BO in the 1980s, and haveachieved good results. So implementing MBO(management by objective) will be a dynamic step forthe organizations bright future and growth withcommitment to their objective. And all the colleaguesand subordinates should welcome this dynamic and

    wonderful change.
