__X__ With regard to the motivation and needs of adult learners, the teacher is aware of basic concepts related to the psychology of learning and integrates these into his/her planning and self-evaluation

__X__ The teacher is aware of the most important concepts related to current theories of language acquisition, can recognise development patterns in the target language, and is able to integrate these into the planning of language lessons, thus structuring and supporting the language learning process.

Within the context of the group project there was evidence of the following competencies: In his/her planning and self-evaluation, the teacher shows that he/she is able to:

Remarks (Comments and Recommendations) The teacher is well aware of her students’ needs. She handled well the psychology aspects and is aware of the language competence. I really liked the way the teacher provided clear and crystal instructions.

SB has presented us with a reader-friendly, clearly structured dossier. Her preparation and lesson plans are carefully executed. She made a good use of self-evaluation.

Compared to the original

My opinion was pretty much the same as the experienced teacher’s opinion. However, the experienced teacher focused more on the dossier and in the teacher’s character meanwhile I focused more in the way the teacher did things.
