We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Safety & Security team as a Fire Life Safety Coordinator. You are under the general guidance and supervision of the Safety & Security Manager and within the limits of established Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi policies & procedures. As a Fire Life Safety Coordinator, you need to assist the Safety & Security Manager by implementing policies and procedures that ensure the safety, security and privacy of all guests, employees and visitors (including contractors); working with the FLS Committee in planning, implementing and reviewing FLS procedures to ensure all necessary reporting is completed in a timely manner; supervises the identifying of hazardous workplace conditions; ensures compliance with all applicable FLS Policies, Brand and Operating Standards and local health and safety regulations and ensures necessary records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines; ensuring the hotel is equipped, staffed and operated to cope with an incident/crisis and these events are reported in a timely manner; and participates in Occupational Safety and Health Administration inspections, providing inspectors with appropriate documents and identifying safety measures.

 

Ideally, you will be expected to be bright, energetic person and computer literate.  A minimum 2 year of relevant work experience in a 4/5 star Hotel and with an excellent communication skills are also required.
