HOW ARE SERVICES DELIVERED? In either – or both – general education
class or a special resource room For more extreme cases, a special
school environment is used. Due to LRE (least restrictive
environment), effort is made to help kids stay in a general education class.

professionals and consultants The Individuals with Disabilities
Education Act (IDEA) is the federal law whose purpose is to ensure that a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) is available to all students with disabilities and that the appropriate A.T. services are used.

They can disagree with the team members and follow the steps to finding an agreement.
Rights may change with private school Two major differences between private
and public schools:Private: Children with disabilities may not get
the same services offered in public school.
Private: Not all kids with disabilities will receive services.
