GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Please fill in all the fields given in the Associate Consent Form (ACF).2. Sign & Seal the ACF & E-mail the scanned copy to ______________________@resonance.ac.in or abid@resonance.ac.in.3. Once ACF is received, acknowledged and counter signed by competent Resonance authority you will be sent promotional material to promote & enroll students

for STaRT-2015.4. Sending Consent Form is no guarantee of award of association. The received Consent Form shall be evaluated for suitability.5. There can be more than one associate by Resonance in a city/town.6. The Intent for Association shall be considered on first come first served basis.7. Such association, if awarded, shall neither mean entitlement of representing Resonance in any form other than intended (as expressed on the back side of this

consent form) nor committing admissions on behalf of Resonance.8. Both parties shall keep any and all data (including student data, school data, test papers, collateral designs etc.) and any information of whatever nature

concerning the business, finances, know-how, customers, suppliers, processes or affairs of the other Party completely confidential. Parties agree not todisclose or otherwise make available the same to any third party without the prior written consent of the other Party.

9. Either Party may terminate this association with or without cause by giving the other Party Fifteen (15) days prior written notice of its intention to do so. In theevent of early termination of this Agreement under clause above, adjusted payments shall be made within thirty (30) days of the effective date of termination.

10. In case of any Legal Disputes, the jurisdiction of Court of Kota shall be final.

Best Private Co-ordinator AwardTo Honor and motivate our private coordinators, who work hard to make this event successful, participation awards are instituted for them.

Criteria: Total Students Registered by a particular Coordinator

Eligibility: Only those Private Coordinators would be eligible for this prize where participation in STaRT-2015 is minimum 100 students.

Tie-Breaker: In case of similar participation, the coordinator who had registered more students from class X shall be given higher ranking followed by Class IX,XI, VIII, VII, VI, V and then XII (Science Stream, Open Stream) in the decreasing order of priority.

The Award shall be given to the Coordinator only on their personal presence in the Felicitation Function of STaRT-2015 at Kota (Rajasthan) as per the schedule

 and other terms & conditions.

Payment Mode

The Best Private Coordinator Award shall be paid to the respective Coordinator through a/c payee Cheque/DD in his/her name.
