v. On the trip we did many things. We visited Tom’s Music in the morning. Then we talked with the manager of Tom’s Music. Then we talked with some of the staff there. Then we examined some of the musical instruments on sale.

vi. In conclusion, we have seen that the travel agency offers many benefits to its customers. These include the ability to book online, search online, and also design tailor-made holidays.

vii. I thought it was terrible! The food was awful – it should be better! They really should install much better ovens, and also get the food to the table more quickly. They need more waiting staff!
It is suggested to install 3 more ovens, prepare the food to the table within 15 minutes, and recruit 3 more staff.
