Greetings. I know many are getting into a new normal with the restart of face
to face worship. It is good to come back together for the purpose of worship-
ping our Lord. Yet, we need to be reminded that the Church is not a building
but rather the children of God. The building is the place for the Church (us)
to gather to worship the Lord and then go out into our mission field. May we
be bold in our witness for the Lord.
GO Georgia, the annual training conference hosted by Georgia Baptist Mis-
sion Board, is being transitioned to an online event. The event is being re-
named to the SPARK Conference with a live event scheduled for Aug. 28.
This change of format is still being developed and details will be available
later this month. As soon as information is announced we will share. The
Association is planning to host an event for the live conference. Details will
follow.
The Executive Committee Meeting will be held Thursday, June 25 at Con-
nors. This is the meeting that was scheduled for May. In the meeting, I ask
that we continue to practice social distancing. Please no gathering in groups
before and after the meeting.
The Men’s Ministry will be building a wheelchair ramp on Saturday, July 11.
The home is located at 1728 Stoney Hill Church Rd in Reidsville. All men are
invited to join in this project.
The Lord has and will continue to lead us. Our task is to be led by him.

Men On Mission For God
Association-wide Men’s Ministry Update
Good Morning Jesus! Thank you for you being the One True God!
Hello Men,
Hope this finds you well! We have begun to meet again with the Men’s Ministry Committee via
the internet and it has been good! I really enjoyed the opportunity to have a face to face meeting again.
It was via the computer screen, but it was an opportunity to get back to business.
Yes, this has been some trying times, but I hope and pray that we have all been able to do some
reflecting on our lives. It has been a time for rest and recuperation, but also a time to evaluate how we
are to begin serving the Lord in new ways. Many times, we get stuck in the rut of everyday routine. My
prayers are that we come back changed. If you have been a faithful servant, seek new ways to serve. If
you have never served in any capacity, please try something new! There is never failure when you serve
GOD! Our Redeemer will supply you with all you need, just trust Him!
We have set a tentative date for our first project of the year. We will be constructing a ramp for
an individual in need in the Glennville area. We are looking to begin on July 11, 2020. Please seek me
out, or your men’s ministry leader in your church for more information. We encourage you to join us and
to receive the blessings God will bestow upon you.
Please keep your church and your association in your prayers and support them by getting involved. You
will find the experience very refreshing!
Your brother in Christ
~Steve~
Hebrews 10:24-25(ESV) 24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet to-
gether, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day draw-
ing near.

Association-wide Women’s Ministry Update
Dear Sisters in Christ,
I hope and pray all of you are safe and doing well. It seems like it has been a lifetime since we have been able to meet as a group. I am so sorry the Planning Meeting was not held on May 19. I am hoping if it is al-right with every WMU, that we have the Planning Meeting on Tuesday, July 21 at 6:30 in the social hall of Evergreen. This meeting will plan all the events of our Associational WMU for the year of 2021. Every WMU Director or Assistant needs to be in attendance on July 21st. We need to discuss several items, so check your schedule, and try to at-tend.
Most of our churches in the TEBA are opening up, and this is won-derful news. Even though we have had preachers online preaching the Word; opening up our churches where everyone can fellowship with each other, will be the best thing to happen to all of us in a long time.
Stay safe and keep praying.
Your Sister in Christ
Sandra Powell

Fear not, for I am with you;
Be not dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.
Isaiah 41:10 (NKJV)
31 Jesus answered them, “Do you now believe? 32 Indeed the hour is coming, yes, has now come, that you will be scattered, each to his own, and will leave Me alone. And yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me. 33 These things I have spo-ken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
John 16:30-33 (NKJV)
