Employment Agency Professionalism Course (EAPC)
AEA(S) has received numerous requests from Employment Agencies for AEA(S) to conduct courses
and provide comprehensive training to EAs and their staff encompassing MOM licensing
requirements and source country policies so as to operate their FDW business effectively. New
entrants to the industry who lack knowledge on business operations have also sought the assistance
of AEA(S) to handhold them.
EAs, both new and old, and their staff joining the agencies are affected by lack of knowledge due to
the recent changes in legislation and source country policies. These problems do not only hamper
day to day operations but if ignorant, an EA may violate MOM laws and regulations in the course of
doing their business.
AEA(S) has now consolidated the industry knowledge and business practices from experienced EA
members into the Employment Agency Professionalism Course or EAPC. The course covers the
following:
1. The Ministry Of Manpower and Source Country Regulations.
2. Agency set up for business owners.
3. Sales processes, job matching and administration.
4. Mandatory and recommended agreements, contracts and forms.
5. Customer service with case studies.

The EAP has been implemented and used by many EAs for over a year. The system has matured and
included many of the best practices from EAs. Many EAs have used it and benefited tremendously.
All relevant forms can be printed within minutes and records kept according to MOM requirements.
EAs have expanded their business with more branches as the EAP allows effective business control
over them anywhere, anytime. Many have testified that the gain in productivity is tremendous.
Also be assured that the service is covered by law and your data is protected. It is hosted in M1
datacenter - definitely a safer place than the computers in your office!
AEA(S) encourage members to take up the EAPC and EAP to equip yourself to do your business with
confidence and to protect yourself against ignorance or oversight.
