Our Senior Management Team

Ken O’Gorman is the founder and Managing Director of Assure. He is passionate about helping organisations identify, locate and attract key talent within the Banking, Insurance and Investment markets. Ken has over 15 years’ experience as a Specialist Recruiter, Broker Consultant and Financial Consultant. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and holds the QFA designation as well as a diploma in Front Line Management from UCD. His in-depth understanding of the Insurance and Investment sectors has resulted in his being a consistent hirer on both a contingent and executive search basis, by a large number of leading financial services organisations. David Fitzgerald is a non-executive director of Assure. He holds a degree in Business Studies from DCU and worked for over 12 years in banking and fund services, in both Dublin and London, before moving into recruitment. He joined Assure in 2008 to focus on the recruitment of mid-senior level professionals for our Banking and Investment Divisions. His in-depth understanding of the Banking & Finance Markets, together with his consistent networking practice, allow him to provide unusually high levels of service with exceptional focused, dynamic and professional delivery. Gavin Roberts is the Research and Resourcing Manager at Assure. He is an expert in social media and technology and assists Assure with building talent communities and social networks as well as developing talent acquisition strategies that utilise leading edge technology. Gavin specialises in social recruiting, boolean search, Facebook marketing, social media marketing, talent acquisition, talent community management, and internet sourcing.
