► Prepare contractual and commercial aspects of any Project tenders, in consultation with the user departments. Prepare and

compile tender/contract documentation, with Legal and Finance groups to ensure viability, legality, interpretation and ease

of administration.

► Develop the bidders list(s), including any pre-qualification exercises and evaluations required.

► Perform tender administration activities, including preparing tender clarifications, tender bulletins, and conducting pre-

tender meetings.

► Coordinate the technical and unpriced commercial evaluation of tenders and conduct the subsequent priced commercial

evaluation of technically acceptable tenders. Prepare the techno-commercial evaluation report and recommendations.

► Provide subject matter expertise for process rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, turbo-

generators.

► Responsible for Life Cycle Management of rotating equipment, which involves Mechanical Integrity; development of

strategies for the maintenance of equipment in the short, mid and long term; assuring the availability, reliability and

performance of assigned rotating equipment.

► Conduct rotating equipment maintenance, including strategic planning; budgeting; spare parts control and management;

development of scope for minor and major inspections/overhauls; overhauls planning and execution, including time

frame, critical route, QC/QA packages; rerates; retrofits design and implementation; condition monitoring analysis and

balancing; Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), root cause failure analysis (RCFA), failure mode effects analysis

(FMEA); and upgrades.

► Provide specialized engineering support for: commissioning, start-up and shutdown procedures; management of change;

new projects, e.g. design, selection and approval of new technologies; technical evaluations; reliable operation of assets;

and claims with manufacturers.

► Proficient in handling maintenance activities for diesel & electric forklifts, cranes.

► Maintenance Knowledge of static equipment’s like Valves, Strainers, Filters, PRVs, Piggable Lines, Stoppers, TCVs, PCVs,

Heaters.
