The Denbies Suite On the first floor is our larger, more traditional ceremony room with natural daylight.

Licensed for up to 180 guests.

The Ranmore Suite On the ground floor is a bright and modern room perfect for the more intimate ceremony.

Licensed for up to 50 guests.

The Cloisters Courtyard for ceremonies throughout May – September Licensed for up to 100 guests, includes the Garden room and external PA system.

Drinks Reception

The Garden Room and The Cloisters Courtyard With the picturesque Pavilion are adjacent to The Conservatory providing the perfect relaxed surroundings for pre-reception drinks and your evening celebrations.

The magnificent Pavilion centrepiece in The Cloisters Courtyard provides a stunning backdrop for wedding photographs and musical entertainment throughout the day.

Wedding Breakfast

The Conservatory Atrium Is a stunning venue with high glass ceilings and a central water feature; it can accommodate up to 250 guests and is available for exclusive private hire from 5pm onwards. The Conservatory and Garden Room can be combined to cater for up to 450 guests. Hire of the Conservatory includes The Garden Room and The Cloisters Pavilion.

Perfect for Smaller Celebrations

The Gallery Restaurant Is situated on the third floor and available for exclusive hire offering unrivalled panoramic views of the vineyard and Box Hill, perfect for the more intimate wedding celebration The Gallery can accommodate up to 60 guests.

The Vineyard Restaurant located in the heart of the vineyard with sweeping views over acres of vines. The Vineyard Restaurant offers a tranquil exclusive location for your special celebration.

The Cellars

Our atmospheric, vaulted Cellars are available for private hire for drinks reception or evening receptions of up to 200 guests. It can also accommodate up to 100 guests for an atmospheric wedding meal. The hire includes exclusive use of the cellars and a bar facility, wine tasting stations can be arranged on request at no additional cost. As part of the cellar hire and as a gift from Denbies we will give you complimentary tour vouchers for all of your guests to return at their leisure to enjoy a full Denbies tour. You can use them as wedding favours or send them out with your thank you cards after the wedding as a reminder of your special day here at Denbies Wine Estate.

Vineyard Train

Create memorable and unique photograph opportunities by incorporating our vineyard train into your wedding celebrations for amazing vineyard views from the very top of the estate.

The outside vineyard train is available from March to October.

November - February, POA.

Maximum of 45 guests per train.

Drinks Reception on the Lawn

Located at the front of the building, views over Box Hill and with direct access from The Conservatory, the lawn offers the perfect alfresco alternative to The Garden Room for your drinks reception, full bar facility is also included on request.

Inspiring photo opportunities

Overnight Accommodation Denbies Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast Guest Accommodation offers a uniquely peaceful setting. The original farmhouse has been tastefully refurbished to accommodate seven, double en-suite rooms. Full English breakfast is served in the light, airy conservatory, overlooking the garden and 265 acres of sweeping vines.

Breakfast at Denbies Why not extend your celebrations? Denbies offers a full breakfast menu in The Conservatory Atrium, open from 9.30am (or earlier on request), the Conservatory offers the ideal post wedding location for your family and friends to gather and continue the celebrations. Guests can either order direct from the servery or pre-ordered breakfast can be organised in advance.

Prices start from £8.95 per person and includes full English breakfast, coffee and orange juice.
