Newsletter & Class Schedule for High Country Quilts • 2016-2 • $2.00 At High Country Quilts? It has been almost one year since we moved into our new location! My how time flies. We hope that you are loving our new space as much as we are! Did you hear about our Kennel Quilt Project? High Country Quilts (with the wonderful help of Vickie, Andie, and Suzanne) hosted an event that honored our local humane society and the animals they protect. It was a huge hit with Girl Scouts, Brownies, and Honor students joining the sewathon! We were able to donate almost 300 kennel quilts for our furry friends! Be sure to watch the News video on our Facebook page! Our sewathon attendees had so much fun, that for the first time ever...we are offering a class for Young Stitchers! We have hand-picked 4 special projects that are just right for these ‘future quilters’! If you have a “young stitcher” in your life, this may just be the class for them! We have some fun new classes and short Blocks of the month starting up...just in time to help you celebrate the upcoming holiday season! time flies. We hope that you are loving our new space as much as we are!Did you hear about our Kennel Quilt Project? High Country Quilts (with the
