Terms & ConditionsAvailabilityThis should be confirmed with our Events Department before completing the Reservation Form.

Deposits & ConfirmationsA deposit of £10.00 per person is required within 10 days of the reservation being made. Deposits must be accompanied by a completed Reservation Form. Deposits are non-refundable from 6 weeks prior to the date of the event. Final numbers and full payment of an event must be made no later than 21 days before the event takes place. Any amendments to a booking must be made in writing and any additions to numbers will be subject to availability.

Final Numbers and Menu ChoicesA full list of names and choices of menu for each person is required no later than 7 days before the event. Parties unable to comply with this requirement may only choose a set menu. The menus selected are to be submitted on the table charts that will be provided by Singing Hills. We cannot accept the information in any other format. A seating plan will be produced based on this information.

Liability/DamageThe event organiser/client will be held liable for any damage caused to our property or its contents by either themselves or their guests before, during and after their event. The client shall pay Singing Hills on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.Singing Hills shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the organiser/client or guests of the organiser/client.

Cancellation by Events Organisers/ClientsIn the event of a cancellation within 21 days of the event taking place, neither deposits nor final payments are refundable unless Singing Hills is able to substitute another booking of equivalent numbers. Monies paid for non arrivals will not be transferable to other members of the party or for other services.

Cancellation by Singing HillsIn the event of the cancellation of an event by Singing Hills, an alternative date or venue will be offered, or a full refund given. Singing Hills reserves the right to alter, amend or change any of the content, menus or parties in this brochure.
