Service Requests

• Patients can select “Request Services” from the Main Menu to send alerts to specific departments

• Patients select a request, such as Chaplain

• Patients select a service option, then click SUBMIT

• An alert is immediately sent to Pastoral Care, COD Pager, including the request and the room/bed number

• Each video offers beautiful video and music from various settings

• Videos are looped and will continue to “repeat” until you exit the video (by pressing the Main Menu button on the pillow speaker)

• A wonderful tool for pain management, relaxation, meditation, and noise disruptions

Health Education• From here patients can

view health education videos

• Select “Health Education” from the Main Menu

• Select a category, such as Diabetes or Heart Disease

• Select a video title from the menu, then select “Watch Video”
