TURKEY İSTANBUL ATAŞEHİR FİNANCE CENTER 100.000.000 $ USD

For the first step I would like to share with you a valuable land in Atasehir district, Istanbul in the Finance Center of Turkey. It is located in the newly developing finance center of Turkey in Atasehirdistrict of Istanbul City - Istanbul International Finance Center (IFC).The 4.5 billion TL project will be built on a 3,200,000 m² area and is anticipated to employ approximately 50,000 people.

The land is owned by a very famous Turkish and European company. The land is 6.700 sqm net, which has about 96.000 sqm total construction and with 50.000 sqm sellable area at the above floors. The Preliminary design projects already approved by Ministery of Environment and Urbanisation. And the construction permit scheduled to be taken from the Municipality in November 2016.

Without calculating the premium price of the commercial areas and also without calculating the below floors revenues, the total expected revenue will be at least 300 million USD. The asking price is 100 million USD.
