Seshadri Krishna SarmaDirectorA B.Com, LLB and FCS by qualification, he is theGroup President (Corporate Affairs) and has over 35 years working experience in the industry. He plays an important role in overseeing and advising the Group on compliance, administrative, financial and strategic matters.

Vishal AthaDirectorA Chartered Financial Analyst by qualification, heplays a major role in the Group’s export and logisticsoperations, streamlining the renewable energyportfolio and generating cost economies througheffective resource planning and projectmanagement. He is responsible for the Group’sbusiness and initiatives in petro carbon andchemicals. With over 12 year’s experience, heprovides executive leadership and governance onvarious project development activities across theGroup’s businesses.

His exceptional strategic, operational and staffmanagement and extensive experience in strategicprocurement, supply chain and logistics fields were acquiredover 30 years in SADC.

Hemen BhagawatiVice-PresidentVice President (Business Development Mining) - MrBhagawati holds a BE (Mining) from Bengal Engineering andScience University , an MBA ( PGPIM) from IMI, New Delhiand a First Class Competency from DGMS. He has overtwenty five years of diversified experience in Mineral BusinessDevelopment/ Project Management/ Mineral ExplorationManagement. Prior to joining the Group, he was the Director ofGeomin Ace Resources Private Limited.

Vishal VithlaniVice-PresidentVP (Finance & Strategy) for the Group, Mr. Vithlani isqualified Chartered Accountant with an M.B.A from an IvyLeague business school.
