Coherent Signal Demodulation

Flexible coherent transponder interfaces for 100G,

200G and 400G convert from high-order modulation

schemes (DP-QPSK, 16-QAM, 8QAM) to standard NRZ

for downstream processing. Carrier-card compatibility

with CFP2-DCO, CFP-DCO and non-MSA form factors,

with support for proprietary framing and non-standard

SD-FEC formats.

Protocol ConversionBest-in-class protocol conversion hardware. Industry

leading port density married to lightning fast protocol

auto-discovery and packet stream targeting. Full signal

hierarchy enumeration for OTN, SONET/SDH and

Ethernet networks. In-field upgrades to track the latest

standards (OTUC4, OTUC2, 400GbE) , wi th a

comprehensive back-catalogue for legacy protocol

support down to DS0.

Recording and PlaybackIndustry-leading solid-state recording and playback

capability. Capture up to 26 minutes of sustained

100Gbps data direct from the line interface, or combine

with packet targeting user-interface to select streams of

interest for storage. Removable Ɨ5TB/10TB/20TB/40TB

disk cartridges for offline analysis. Real time playback

with cycle-accurate packet timing and timestamping

Support for up to 1024 indexed captures. Dedicated

SCTP offload interface. Indexing, search and flexible

export formats (including PCAP). Data protection via

200Gbps links via companion quad QSFP28 interface

facilitate system expansion or inline operation with

intrusion detection systems.

Full System Portability

Ultra-compact form factor - 300mm x 335mm x 60mm

per instrument tier, allows full instrumentation and

compute toolkit to be carried in one bag. Suitable for

carriage as airline cabin baggage. Swappable disk array

cartridge facilitates multi-cartridge capture or off-line

data analysis while the host unit remains in the field.
