PROJECT STATUS

1. Contractor continuing construction of the north and south pathways inside the stadium.

2. Contractor continuing offsite fabrication of bleacher steel for Stadium Home Side.

3. Contractor continuing offsite construction of modular elevator.

4. Contractor continuing with erection of Visitor Side steel bleachers.

5. Contractor completed installation of perimeter fencing along the practice fields.

6. Contractor completed compaction of base for the synthetic turf field at soccer field.

7. Contractor continuing with installation of roof decking ledgers at concessions and storage masonry buildings.

8. Contractor continuing to place manufactured roof trusses at concessions building.

9. Contractor continuing to erect steel for the Stadium Home Side bleachers.

10. Contractor completed installation of roof decking for Stadium Home Side buildings.

11. Contractor continuing installation of first layer of roofing system on the Stadium Home Side buildings.

12. Contractor completed laying out field turf for practice fields.

13. Contractor continuing framing platforms and installing HVAC mechanical units on the roof of Stadium Home Side buildings.

14. Contractor continuing to fireproof underside of metal roof decking, roof trusses and miscellaneous structural steel at the Stadium Home Side buildings.

15. Contractor continuing installation of roof decking for Stadium Visitor Side buildings.

16. Contractor started light gauge steel stud framing at interior of Stadium Home Side buildings.

17. Contractor started framing up door frames at masonry buildings.

18. Contractor started fabrication of steel frame for stadium scoreboard.

19. Contractor started placing base and compaction for emergency vehicle access road inside stadium complex.

Upcoming Activities:

Continue installation of roof decking and first layer of roof insulation at masonry buildings.

Continue framing interior stud walls and door frames at masonry buildings.

Start laying out synthetic turf at Soccer Field.

Deliver and place emergency generator and perform cutover to permanent power.
