COMPETITION TESTS:

I. KYORUGI (FIGHTING) – WT COMPETITION RULES A CLASS: 3rd kup (blue/red belt) – 3rd dan/poom degree black belt B CLASS: 8th kup (yellow belt) - 4th kup (blue belt)

EQUIPMENT: EACH COMPETITOR MUST HAVE HIS OWN PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT! - taekwondo uniform with belt (according to the rank) - headgear with mask for age categories Children 1/Small Juniors/Cadets - shin instep protectors/forearms protectors - DAEDO electronic socks (Gen.2 would be an advantage) - hand gloves - mouth guard (only for Juniors and Seniors divisions)

PAY ATTENTION ! Strictly forbidden wearing metal objects which can put in danger the health and integrity of the other competitors or make difficult the medical squad intervention!

AGE CATEORIES, MALE & FEMALE: Seniors (born 2001,2000,1999...1980) Juniors (born 2002,2003,2004) Cadets (born 2005, 2006, 2007) Small Juniors (born 2008, 2009) Children 1 (born 2010, 2011) Children 2 (born 2012, 2013)-NO KICKS TO THE HEAD Each competitor can participate in Kyorugi competition only in one age and weight division and only in A or B Class! PLEASE NOTE !! An athlete B class (8thkup-4th kup) CAN participate in A Class division Athletes A Class (3rd Kup-3rd Dan) CAN NOT FIGHT in B Class ! THE DURATION OF THE FIGHTS: Class A & Class B preliminaries/semifinals/finals 2 rounds x 1,5 minute/30 seconds break (If need, Children 2/Children 1/Small juniors, can be 2 rounds X 1 minute/30 seconds break.)

PROTESTS Protests can be made by coach in maximum 10 minutes after the fight. Final decision will be made by a 3 refferees commission ! PROTEST FEE: 50 EURO (Non-refundable) WEIGHT CATEGORIES

INDIVIDUAL SPEED KICK COMPETITION RULES: - 1 round of 15 seconds, while the athletes must score maximum points on EBP; - Each competitor must have electronic socks, according to feet size; - athletes can participate in only one age division (M/F) no matter taekwondo rank or weight; - Single competitiors will be switched up to next age category; - Single elimination only; - NO PROTEST will be accepted!

FAMILY SPEED KICK COMPETITION RULES: - Groups of 4 pairs (child+relative) will be made, based on age category of the children; - 1 round of 15 seconds, while the athletes must score maximum valid points; - Final score will be sum of points of both parent (or other relative,depends on the case) and child; - For kids taekwondo uniform compulsory, parents(relatives) comfortable athletic clothes; - NO PROTEST will be accepted!

AWARDS: - Certificates of participation for all the athletes. - Medals for I,II,III,III places (both competition tests) - “VRANCEA CUP 8th EDITION TROPHY for the 5 top teams in Overall Team Placement

- “BEST MALE COMPETITOR TROPHY” & ”BEST FEMALE COMPETITOR TROPHY” + the amount of 200 (two hundread) EURO for each (best athlete male & best athlete female) in Kyorugi competition A CLASS DIVISION, based on the following criteria (Tomato Software):

1) number of won fights (A CLASS); 2) points scored; 3) Δ P (difference between scored and received points); 4) Victories by KO
