Th is leafl et introduces Atolyzer diagnostics.

A multifunctional technology that is targeted at hospitals, clinics and surgeries. To ease the testing of patients and ensure thorough and comprehensive diagnostics, where patient and doctor meet. Central laboratory redefi ned. For prevention and early treatment.

One drop of blood from your fi ngertip. One small and portable analyzer. Single biomarker tests or several biomarkers in one.Result in less than fi fteen minutes.

WHAT

Atolyzer® is an all-round biomarker reader. One reusable instrument and a disposable biomarker cassette. In combination miniaturized in vitro diagnostics. Equal to central laboratory technology and in a few years an alternative choice for doctors.

First step is immunodiagnostics.

Heart marker tests such as Troponin I, CK-MB and BNP are already performing on prototype Atolyzer in laboratory trials.

Second step is molecular diagnostics.

Companion diagnostics and personalized medicine are fi rst focus.

Atolyzer is health technology at point of care for 21st century doctors.

Point of care diagnostics is a means to prevent illness and detect diseases at an early stage.

Patient considerations require that new scientifi c and techno-logical knowledge are joined and put to work. Shorter gap between diagnosis and treatment is essential.

Health economics dictates low cost technology that off ers im-proved health services.

Across time and distance, in hot spots and surgeries or during home visits, doctors will need to better access the full health data of the individual patient. Better qualifi ed perscription, dosage, treatment and health guidance are benefi ts.

Atolyzer is one example that soon allows doctors to monitor patients fl exibly.
