The FRL shown may be reconciled with the FRL in the approved Plan & Profile Drawings"For Hume Pipe Culvert at Design C}J.228+286 (RC), the proposed total width as per ConcessionAgreement is 26.00m (LHS) and 26.00m (RHS), whereas in the drawing, the width proposed is19.375m (U/S) and 19.375m (D/S). Culvert total width needs modification as per CA provision.For Hume Pipe Culvert at Design CH. 228+506 (RC), the proposed total width as per ConcessionAgreement is 26.00m on LHS and 26.00m on RHS, whereas in the drawing, the width proposed is20.425 (U/S) and 19.575m (D/S). Needs modification as per CA provision.Design Chainages for each culvert locationand as shown on the drawings shall be re-confirmedwith the latest highway approved alignment.Key plan at each culvert location will be shown on the drawing.Traffic management plan during construction of each culvert location meant for widening,reconstruction will be submitted to IE for review before start of work.300mm thick dry stone apron of width 1.5m U/S and 3m on D/S to be provided, however dry stone

apron at inlet and outlet of pipe may be avoided in case of availability of rock with UCS more than5.0 MPa (Refer Table-2 under Notification No. 68 to IRC:78-2000 for classification of rock).In case of earth cushion more than 4.0m, only concrete cradle bedding will be used under thepipes. I l. For Hume Pipe Culvert at Design CH. 253+382 (at Sl. No. 10.19), CH.259+740 (at Sl. No. 10.23)and CH' 270+273 (at Sl. No. 10.28), RE wall is proposed to retained earth cushion. For proposedRE wall and head wall over pipe stability calculations to be submitted. Details of inlet and outletchannels on upstream and downstream to be shown and details of protection on U/S and D/S to beprovided. Details to be submitted along with modified drawings.

Drawings need modifications in the light of the above observations. One set of reviewed drawings aslisted in point no.-10 incorporating modifications/ corrections in red is enclosed for further action at yourend.
