1) Configuring DEP on Windows computers: you must update Terminal Services configuration options and configure the DEP feature if you are using Windows. For more information, see Configuring terminal services on Windows 2008 and Windows 2012 computers and Configuring DEP on Windows computers .

To configure DEP on Windows computers 1. Use the method appropriate for your computer: a. On the Windows desktop, right-click the My Computer icon, and select

Properties. b. On a Windows VM, select Start > Control Panel > System. 2. Select the Advanced tab, and under the Performance heading, select

Settings. a. Select the Data Execution Prevention tab, and click Add. b. Select path\installationDirectory\installerName, and click Apply.

Click OK, and click OK again to close the System Properties window.

If its your fist time installing Atrium SSO then know that the machine must have a domain/dns such as bao77lab.mycompany.com which you use for the

host name when prompted in the Atrium SSO and BAO installers. If your machine does not have one then add an entry in the local hosts file to get

one (for example in windows add a "127.0.0.1 bao77lab.bsm.com" entry to the hosts file.

Also the hostname/IP + domain bao77lab.bsm.com

INSTALLATION 1.1 Screen 1: Invoke the Atrium SSO installer

1.2 Screeen displayss the License agreement page

1.3 Select the directory you want to Install Atrium SSO under, we have selected the default installation directory.

1.4 Provide the Fully-Qualified host name of the Atrium SSO server

In my case : bao77lab.bsm.com

1.5 Screen 5: Select if you want to install a new Tomcat server or use an already existing existing Tomcat. In this case we will select to install a new Tomcat.

1.6 Provide the information with regards to the ports that you want the new Atrium SSO Tomcat to run on. (I left the default port)

1.7 Provide the cookie Domain information here. i.e.: bsm.com

1.7 Provide the password for the Atrium SSO administrator, the default administrator name is Amadmin. My pass admin123

1.8 Begin the Installation process.

Verify that your BMC Atrium Single Sign-On installation was successful by accessing the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On URL: [https://<ssoserver>.<domain>:<port>/atriumsso] For example: [ https:// bao77lab.bsm.com:8443/atriumsso ] When you are prompted that you are connecting to an insecure or untrusted connection, “add the exception” and then continue.

Confirm that you can view the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On logon panel. Log on with the Single Sign-On administrator name (for example, amadmin) and password. The BMC Atrium Single Sign-On Admin Console appears.

Where to go from here Befor install REPO, Content and CDP…

First of all: Create a BMC Atrium Orchestrator user account and assign the user account to a group in BMC Atrium Single Sign-On. https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/public/baop77/Creating+user+accounts+and+assigning+user+accounts+to+groups+in+BMC+Atrium+Single+Sign-On default user

After I created a User I must to logout/login to apply the rule. Now you can install the Repository and the Content and the CDP…..

You must be logged on as a user who is assigned the administrator or repository administrator role. In this case AoAdmin pass admin123

On the Directory Selection panel, accept the default location, or click Browse to select a different location; then click Next.

REMEMBER that you must add in the “local hosts file“ the hostname/IP + domain in my case : 192.168.201.132 bao77lab.bsm.com (see ipconfig).

On the Repository Communications Settings panel, enter the repository settings, and click Next:

Web Server Protocol: Select https. Host Name or IP Address: Enter the fully qualified domain name of the repository.

Web Server Port Number RepositoryUser: Enter the user name of the account created in BMC Atrium Single Sign-On that you use to log on to the repository. Warning Do not enter the default BMC Atrium Single Sign-on account amadmin in the RepositoryUser field.

On the Adapter Feature Selection panel, select the adapters to install, and click Next: To select all adapters, select Adapters. To select all the adapters in a group, select Base Adapters, BMC application adapters, or Third party adapters.

BMC Atrium Single Sign-On and the repository must be installed and running and you must have exited all other programs

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In a web browser, launch Grid Manager by using the the following format to type the URL: http://fullyQualifiedDomainName:webServerPort/baocdp 3. fullyQualifiedDomainName is the host name appended with the domain

name used to install the CDP. webServerPort is the port number entered during installation.  

 

In  my  case;  https://bao77lab.bsm.com:38080/baocdp/gm/index.jsf
