RESORT OBLIGATION: The participating ski resort agrees that upon presentation of THIS REDEMPTION FORM AND THREE (3) ORIGINAL IRVING OIL RECEIPTS with qualifying purchases (see below), the participating ski resorts will allow the purchase of a “TWO-FOR-ONE” lift ticket during MIDWEEK operations (MON–FRI), NON-HOLIDAY (blackout dates:12/26/2012-01/01/2013, 01/19-21/2013 & 02/16-24/2013). Certain resorts will also allow redemption on NON-HOLIDAY SUNDAYS. See reverse side for list of resorts.

*REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS: To obtain TWO (2) all-day adult midweek lift tickets for the price of one regular priced lift ticket, bring this original COMPLETED REDEMPTION FORM AND THREE (3) ORIGINAL IRVING OIL REGISTER RECEIPTS DATED BETWEEN 12/1/12 AND 03/3/13, to any participating ski resort as shown on reverse side. Each receipt must show a purchase of a MINIMUM OF TEN (10) GALLONS IN THE USA (OR a MINIMUM OF 35 LITERS IN CANADA) of any grade gasoline or diesel automotive fuel. See above for blackout dates. All forms and receipts are subject to verification at the sole discretion of the participating ski resort. Anti-fraud detection devices may be used to verify authenticity. Please attach receipts to redemption form for presentation.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS APPLY TO THE IRVING OIL LIFT TICKET OFFER AND REDEMPTION FORMS USE:

1. This Irving Oil offer is valid midweek, non-holiday (not valid 12/26/2012-01/01/2013, 01/19-21/2013 & 02/16-24/2013) through April 30, 2013 (or at the seasonal close of winter ski operations) at participating ski resorts when presented and used by the person whose name appears on the redemption form. Name and address information must be provided for redemption. Certain resorts will also allow redemption on NON-HOLIDAY SUNDAYS. See reverse side for list of resorts.

2. Redemption forms may not be redeemed for cash, can only be used once and must be surrendered at the time of the redemption. Lift tickets cannot be sold and are non-transferable. No cash value.

3. This redemption form may not be used in conjunction with or in combination with any other promotional offers or discounts at the participating ski resorts.

4. Users of this offer agree to release Irving Oil, SnoCountry and participating resorts and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional or judging agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of this redemption form or while traveling to, preparing for and/or participating in any redemption form related activity.
