TH NARGANSETT ELECTRC COMPAN200 kW DEMAD RATE (G-32)RETAI DELIVRY SERVICE
AVAILABILITY
Electrc delivery servce shall be taken under this rate for all purposes by any customer who is placed on therate by the Company in accordance with ths paragraph. The Company shall place on ths rate any customer whohas a 12-month average Demand of200 kW or greater for 3 consecutive month as soon as practicable.Notwithtandig the foregoing, the Company may require any customer with a 12-month maximum demand of3000 kW or gre ter to tae delivery service on the 3000 kW Demand Rate G-62 (subject to the settlementprovisions in Dobket No. 2290).
If electrcity is delivered though more than one-meter, except at the Company s option, the Monthy Chargefor delivery service though each meter shall be computed separately under ths rate. If any electicity is deliveredhereunder at a given location, then all electcity deliveries by the Company at such location shall be deliveredhereunder.
New Customers : Service will intially be taken under ths rate by any new customer who requests servicecapabilty of225 kV A or greater.
Transfers From Rate G-32: Any customer whose 12-month average demand is less than 180 kW for twelveconsecutive month may elect to tranfer from the 200 kW Demand Rate 0-32 to another available rate.
- This rate is also available to customers who intal on-site non-emergency generating unts powered byEligible Renewable Energy Resources, as defmed in 2004 R.I. Pub. Laws 205 up to an aggregate nameplatecapacity of 3 MW for all customers having instaled such generation and are therefore exempt from the backupservice rates. However, any customer exempted from the backup service rates under ths provision shall
- neverteless be required to install meterig pursuant to the backup service tarffthat shall provide infonnation onthe operation of the generation unt.

MONTHLY CHAGE
The Monthy Charge will be the sum of the Retail Delivery Service Charges set forth in the cover sheet ofthis tarff.

RATE ADJUSTMENT PROVISIONS
Transmission Service Charge Adiustment
The prices under this rate as set fort under "Monthy Charge" may be adjusted from time to tie in themaner described in the Company s Tranmission Service Cost Adjustment Provision.
Transition Charge Adiustment
The prices under this rate as set fort under "Mo.pthy Charge" may be adjusted from tie to time in themaner described in the Company s Non-Bypassable Transition Charge Adjustment Provision.
Standard Offer Adiustment
All Customers served on ths rate must pay any charges required pursuant to the terms of the CompanyStandard Offer Adjustment Provision, whether or not the Customer is takg or has taken Standad Offer Service.
Conservation and Load Management Adjustment
The amount determed UIder the preceding provisions shall be adjusted in accordance with the CompanyConservation and Load Management Adjustment Provision as from tie to tie effective in accordance with law.
Customer Credit Provision
The amount determined under the preceding provisions shall be adjusted in accordance with the CompanyCustomer Credit Provision as from time to tie effective in accordance-with law.
STANDAR OFFER SERVICE
Any Customer served under ths rate who is eligible for Standard Offer Servce shall receive such servicepursuant to the Standard Offer Service tarff.
LAST RESORT SERVICE
Any Customer served under ths rate who does not take its power supply from a non-regulated powerproducer and is ineligible for Standard Offer Service will receive Last Resort Service pursuant to the Last ResortServce tarff.

DEMAD
The Demand for each month under ordinar load conditions shall be the greatest of the followig:
The greatest fifteen-miute peak occuring in such month durg Peak hours as measured inkilowattsThough the biling month of December 2005 80% of the greatest fifteen-minute peak occurrgin such JIonth during Peak hours as measured in kilovolt-amperes, and 90% thereafter75% of the greatest Demand as so detenned above durg the precedig eleven months, and10 kilowatts.
OPTIONAL DETERMNATION OF DEMAD
A Customer who has been served hereunder for one year or more may upon wrtten request have theDemand for each month, beging with the next month afer such request and rug for a period of not lessthan two consecutive month, be based upon the greatest of items (a), (b) and (d) above. In such case, theDemand Charge and the Energy Charge wil be increased by 20% durg any such period.
CREDIT FOR IDGH VOLTAGE DELIVRY
If the Customer takes delivery at the Company s supply line voltage, not less than 2400 volts, and theCompany is saved the cost of installing any transformer and associated equipment, a credit of37 cents p'erkilowatt of biling demand for such month shall be allowed agaist the amount determed under the precedigprovisions.
. An additional credit of $2,4 1 per kilowatt of the billig demand for such month shall also be allowed ifsaid customer accepts delivery at not less than 115 000 volts, and the Company is saved the cost of intalling any -tranformer and associated equipment.
The total amount of the credit allowed under this provision shall not exceed the sum of the CustomerCharge, the Distrbution Demand Charge and the Distrbution kWh Charge.
HIGH-VOLTAGE METERIG ADJUSTMENT
The Company reserves the right to determne the meterig intallation. Where service is metered at theCompany s supply line voltage, in no case less than 2400 volts, thereby saving the Company transformer losses, adiscount of I % will be allowed from the amount detenned under the precedig provisions.
SECOND FEEDER SERVICE
Except as provided below, Customers receiving second feeder service shall pay $2.41 per 80% ofKV A(though the biling month of December 2005; 90% ofKV A thereafter) of reserved second feeder capabilty. Thecharge for second feeder capability shall apply only to Customers with second feeder capability installed on orafer May 1 , 1998. The charge for second feeder capabilty shall not apply to Customers takg service with theCapital Center of Providence or withn the downtown Providence underground network system. The CompanyConstrction Advance Policy 3 shall apply to detenne any advance contrbution by the customer

using an estimate of revenues to be derived ITom ths second feeder rate. The Company reserves the right todecline second feeder service for engineerig reasons.
An additional $0.37 per 80% ofKV A (though the biling month of December 2005; 90% ofKV Athereafer) of reserved second feeder capabilty shall be charged if an additional tranformer is required at theCustomer s facilty.
GROSSE GStAX
A Rhode Island Gross Eargs Tax adjustment Will be applied to the charges determined above inaccordance .with Rhode Island General Laws.
GROSS EARINGS TAX CREDIT FOR MAUFACTURERS
Consistent with the gross receipts tax exemption provided in Section 44- 13-35 of Rhode Island GeneralLaws, eligible manufactug customers will be exempt ITom the Gross Eargs Tax to the extent allowed by theDivision of Taxation.
Eligible manufactug customers are those customers who have on fie with the Company a valid certificateof exemption ITom the Rhode Island sales tax (under section 44- 18-30(H) of Rhode Island General Laws)indicatig the customer s status as a manufactuer. If the Division of Taxation (or other Rhode Island taxgauthority with jursdiction) disallows any par or all of the exemption as it applies to a customer, the customer willbe required to reimburse the Company in the amount of the credits provided to such customer which weredisallowed, including any interest required to be paid by the Company to such authority.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Company s Terms and Conditions in effect ITom time to time, where not inconsistent with any specificprovisions hereof, are a par of ths rate.
