The Attendee

List pod

shows who is

logged in to a

meeting.



Attendee List pod in Adobe Connect Professional

As new

participants log

in to the

meeting room,

their names

appear in the

list.



About the Attendees…

Hosts and presenters

appear first…then the

names of participants.




Your name appears in italics

on your computer only.




Attendees who log in using a

login and password are

listed with their full name.




Attendees who log in as a

guest are listed with only the

name they use at log in. .



Attendee status…

Use the My status

dropdown to

communicate with the

Presenter.



Attendee status…

Click on the My status bar

or dropdown arrow and

make a selection according

to what you want to

communicate (ie: Thumbs

up to let the Presenter

know you like what they’re

saying!)



Attendee status…

Don’t forget to clear

your status again later

by clicking on the

dropdown and selecting

Clear my status



Set user role…

If you are a Host, you can

use the Set User Role

function to change the

role of an attendee.

The Pod

options

dropdown

allows hosts to

give

participants the

right to use

selected pods



Pod options…

The Pod options

dropdown also

allows hosts to

change a user’s

name and,

remove a user

from the

meeting.



Pod options…

And a host can

clear a user’s

status and directly

invite participants

to the meeting.
