Tentative Conference Schedule
You’ re invited...You’re invited to attend our 2018 Spring Conference with our theme of Grow: Cultivating Leaders. This conference is open to Middle and High School Students and Advisers. Please make note that we will be hosting the conference at a new hotel: Red Lion at Jantzen Beach. This facility offers more than enough lodging, restaurants within walking distance, and the ability to offer separate curriculum for Middle School and High School Students. That being said, we are excited to share that middle school students will be offered workshop choices while high school will stay together and experience exclusive training with Seeds Training. Students will be separated for most of the conference in their selective training areas aside from General Sessions.

Keynote SpeakersJustin Boudreau
Justin Boudreau known by students as the “Dude Who Changed My Life” is ready to bring awareness to your “community”. His insightful “There YOU Are” vision and his expertise in HUM-ERGY (Humor & Energy) will empower your students to step up and stand out.
Despite being bullied, barely being able to read and having zero friends until middle school, Justin fulfilled his childhood dream by qualifying to compete in a professional beach volleyball tournament. He humbly states: “as a below average student with incredibly low self-esteem, I finally real-ized (at 22 years old) that I also played a key role in holding myself back for too long.”
This former high school teacher, coach of the year and author exudes a realness that students don’t question. On stage, his heart (not his ego) will inspire your students to worry less about being cool and focus more on their future. Justin’s words will resonate with the entire audience and moti-vate students to start accepting themselves and understanding others.
In 2007, Justin created a campaign that is based on paying gratitude forward. More than 30,000 people from over 15 countries participated, eventually attracting the attention of a Producer from “The Ellen Dege-neres Show.” As a result, his unique and interactive approach on the topic of gratitude allows students to bravely express what they are really going through. Even going as far as saving students from committing suicide.
Justin is the Program Director at Seeds Training, the #1 provider of youth training worldwide. Justin is the co-author of the book for teens “Gearing Up: Inside & Out for a Great Life”.

Rochelle WhellamsRochelle’s speeches, workshops and retreats have inspired, educated
and entertained young adults across the Western United States for over 10 years. Most of her programs center on individual accountability, action, and attitude. She emphasizes the importance of being aware of oneself, choosing a deliberate course of action, and having a “GET TO” (Giving everything to the opportunity) attitude. Rochelle has a background in secondary education and is the Co-Director of RYLA (Rotary Youth Lead-ership Awards, Districts 5180 & 5190). Other programs which she has been and is a part of include: Breaking Down the Walls, Microsoft Digigirlz, It’s a Girl Thang, REGL, Be REAL, and various High School & Middle School leadership assemblies, retreats, state and regional conferences.
Rochelle lives in Sparks, Nevada, with her husband Dean. She is a proud parent of Julia aka Princess and Zachary. In addition to becoming a mas-ter diaper changer, she would tell you being a parent has been the most incredible journey of her life. When not traveling and working with local youth, she is usually headed to or planning the next Disneyland adventure!
