Please note the breakdown shows 30 full-time and 205 part-time team members. Per the definition of full-time equivalent articulated in the Redevelopment Agreement, we certify that Target currently employs 158 full-time equivalent team members.

In accordance with the above noted compliance, Target fully occupies and operates the subject facility.
