Easy-To-Travel-With JacksAtwood Bolt Swivel Jacksare designed to allow thejack tube to swing easilyfrom its horizontal transitposition to the vertical stationery position, lockingsecurely into place with asolid 1/2" diameter spring-loaded pin.The bolt designof the swivel holds the jackfirmly against the mountingbracket, substantially reduc-ing the side-to-side wobblewhile in use and virtuallyeliminates the annoyingchatter during travel.

Atwood has designed andmanufactured water heatersfor recreation vehicles formore than 30 years. Our engineering, manufacturingand application expertise have been honed by time andthe experience of supplying millions of water heaters.Almost 20 years ago, Atwoodapplied this specialized knowl-edge to meet the needs of themarine industry. In doing so,we designed the water heatersthat have become the standardin the boating industry.

PerformanceOur water heaters have been designednot only to heat water quickly and efficiently, but to also deliver everyounce of usable hot water possible fromthe tank. Atwood water heaters performreliably, assuring customer satisfactionand full use of hot water benefitsdesigned in your pleasure boats.

Additional Features Include:Forgiving Incalloy ElementEach Atwood electric water heater isequipped with a high quality 120 volt/1400 watt incalloy® heating elementdesigned to withstand accidental operationin an empty tank. A 220 volt/1500 wattversion is also available. The electrical system is ignition protected and meets UL specifications.

Safe and Efficient Heat ExchangersTo quickly heat water when under power,Atwood has developed efficient heatexchangers. Each heat exchanger is specifi-cally designed for the water heater’s capacityresulting in heat up times superior tocompetitive models.These heat exchangersensure safety by using a unique double tubeconstruction which prevents any possibilityof engine coolant contaminating the freshwater system.

Corrosion Resistant ExteriorThe casing of every Atwood electric waterheater is constructed from corrosion resist-ant materials and then carefully painted tostand up against the most corrosive marineenvironments. Special attention to detail on edges and corners helps assure greaterhandling safety.

Designed for installation FlexibilityThe cubic shape and lightweight aluminum-alloy tank offers greater flexibility for waterheater location in floor plans.

ComplianceAll 220/vac models carry the CE mark andcomply with ISO 8846 “Ignition Protection.”A unit for installation in a 75 P.S.I. system isavailable. Note: volume will be slightly less.

With casings constructed of highly corrosion-resistant aluminum, Atwoodwater heaters resist even the harshestmarine environments.
