• Bi-weekly - $3.87
• Monthly - $8.33
• An increase in the total HSA annual maximum contribution
limit
• From $3,400 to $3,450 /individual
• From $6,750 to $6,900/family
Real Appeal Weight Loss Program
What’s new in 2018 - continued
Employees enrolled in an AU Medical Center Health Plan may
participate in a free weight loss program. The Real Appeal
Program includes:
• A Real Appeal Success Kit
• Weight loss coaching for one year
• On-line support
• Comprehensive suite of digital
tools to support/track progress
Wellness Incentives
What’s new in 2018-continued
New incentive program for those who are in the Select or Base PPO plans in the form of a
premium relief. May earn up to a maximum of $500 in premium relief based on meeting the
following requirements:
• Must be enrolled in an AUMC Health Plan prior to January 1, 2018
• Both the Biometric Screening and Health Risk Assessment must be completed between
November 2017 and March 2018 and
• Proof of completed activities must be submitted to Employee Health by the deadline.
• Incentives will be provided twice during the calendar year. July and November.
Note: Choice HDHP members will continue to earn employer-provided HSA $’s

A NEW Tuition Assistance program for AU Medical Center
employees who attend Augusta University
Pays up to $3,500 each fiscal year directly to Augusta University

• Qualified for and meet the basic requirements of the program
• Enrolled in degreed program at AU
• Approved for the Pre-Paid Tuition Assistance Program
