The land plot is located in 100m from ul. Radistov. The plot may be approached by dirt road. There is a fork of highways of ul. Radistov and ul. Ayam in about 1.5km to the southeast from the land plot (М56 “Lena” connecting Tynda with Yakutsk and М58 “Amur”). The air line distance to the central part of the city is about 3.6km.

The land plot is located in the northern part of Tynda in the center of the industrial zone. There are industrial, warehouse and utility enterprises and a forest in the immediate proximity from the land plot.

warehouse zone.

south-west there is a communication facilities area.
East: forest. In 100m to the east from the land plot
there is ul. Radistov with the individual residential
development (IRD) behind it.

Engineering infrastructure:Power supply: the land plot is located within the service area of JSC “FEDC”. Technical connection may be performed from substation 110/10 kW “Elga” in Tynda.The price of technical connection will be determined according to the individual project.
Heating supply:Heating supply of the construction facilities is proposed to be provided from independent sources including boiler with electric boilers or using solid fuel.
Water supply and discharge:Water supply of the construction facilities may be performed at the section of the water pipe in port ВК 8с owned by OJSC “Public Systems of BAM”. The approximate distance from boundaries of the land plot to the connection point is 900m. Water discharge may be performed from local module treatment facilities.
