An exciting look behind the scenes

Experience the Audi brand at the Ingolstadt plant in all its diversity: at the Audi

museum mobile or in production, on an overview tour or with a special custom

programme. The selection of programmes is as diverse as our visitors’ interests.

We are happy to arrange individual tours or tourist programmes. Special children’s

programmes open up the fascinating world of the car to the “drivers of tomorrow”

in a particularly interactive way. Great for school classes and children’s birthdays.

Please be sure to book early. Remember that we can

only offer tours of the production facilities on weekdays

(from Monday to Friday).

Experience the entire production process of an Audi – up close and personal: You’ll find out interesting facts about all Audi locations as well as the main plant in Ingolstadt. Watch the fascinating ballet performed by welding robots in the body shop. Learn about bonding technology and witness a “marriage” – when the powertrain and body are joined together during final assembly.

History and moving stories

Embark on a journey of discovery through the moving history of the company with the four rings. Over 100 cars, motorcycles, bicycles and multimedia exhibits present the long tradition of Audi in an exciting way. Unusual and regularly changing rarities can be admired on a paternoster which moves through all levels of the museum.

Children see the world through different eyes. They want different things

and ask different questions from adults. For them, experiencing the world

through play is the name of the game. Our children’s tours are tailored to

these needs and make sure the little ones have an unforgettable experience

as well.

In the first full week of each month, a children’s week is held at the Audi

Forum Ingolstadt. Individuals can take part in open tours of the museum

mobile and the production facilities, as well as special discovery programs.

A tour over the piazza, through the Audi museum mobile and the

Market and Customer building familiarises you with the architecture

of the Audi Forum Ingolstadt. A visit to the Audi Customer Centre

completes this stimulating tour.

Events at the Forum

An authentic offering of experiences with many varied activities such as regular jazz concerts, exciting talks by top-class

guests in the event series Audi.torium and films in the award-winning Audi independent cinema. A further highlight is

the gastronomic experience at the Forum with the award-winning Market Restaurant as well as the AVUS fine-dining

restaurant. Additional cafés can be found in the Market and Customer building and the Audi Customer Centre.

Audi young and fun

A visit to Audi Forum Ingolstadt is always an experience. This is especially true for young

people who can gain insights into innovation and technology, design, the world of work,

sport and tradition on the exciting Audi young and fun discovery trail.

They can experience Audi first hand at the wheel of modern driving simulators and also fuel

up on knowledge about sustainable mobility at Audi at an interactive play station. A special

feature is the competition to become an “Audi Expert”: the young people can score points in

the Audi quiz and in the driving simulator. Great prizes and the “Audi Expert” certificate are

awarded to the top scorers each month.
