Summary
From conducting this research it is clear that ‘True Lies’ is the most popular among this audience. Reasons being because it’s ‘sharp and catches the eye’ and ‘quite unique and stylish’. This is one of the fonts I originally picked out as one I may use on my ancillary texts due to its interesting aesthetic. Also quite popular is the ‘Da Streets’ font which again I identified as one of the fonts I really liked. People liked this one because it ‘fits in with the song well’ and ‘matches the edgy, off-beat style of indie music’. This research has helped to confirm my initial thoughts towards possible fonts I could use on my ancillary texts and I will definitely incorporate one of these into my work.
