Typical Audience for a ThrillerFor psychological thriller they include a lot of violence and some psychological issues that can be disturbing for many younger viewers, this is why the target audience of many psychological thrillers are 18+.This is also why there is usually warming's on the back the of DVD cover which states why it is rated as it is e.g. contains extreme violence or sexual scenes.

Our Target AudienceFor are thriller we are going to be aiming it at people aged 15+ males and females that enjoy thriller films. We have choose are opening sequence to have a rating of 15+ because there is no detailed aspects of violence and no psychological problems. We did not rate it an 18+ like typical thrillers because the content is not overly explicit and there is no sexual themes.
