Here’s how it works*:
HOW TO EARN IT: Generate 250 PV in two, consecutive months by hosting two Jewelry Bars®: one must be an in-home Jewelry Bar while the other can be a second in-home or a virtual Jewelry Bar. Plus, help someone join your team and when they generate 100 PV, you’ll earn the entire look!
HOW TO SUBMIT: When all of the above is achieved, submit an email with the dates of your Jewelry Bars and the date your newly enrolled Designer hits 100 PV (include their name and Designer ID#). Briefl y share your Jewelry Bar and sponsoring experience with us by emailing [email protected].
HOW TO EARN IT: You must take a leader-ship role in a project focused on giving back to an organization or helping others.
HOW TO SUBMIT: Email a few paragraphsabout what you did, what you learned from the experience and what it meant to be part of this project to [email protected].
Pink Ombré Sparkly Heart Charm – Personal Growth:
HOW TO EARN IT: Attend all three (3) Owlette Personal Development Zoom sessions. (If you are not able to attend the live session, you may listen to recording.)
HOW TO SUBMIT: Email a few paragraphs listing the sessions you participated in, which session most infl uenced you, and a few details about it including the date, topic and how you’re applying the lesson to [email protected].
Notebook Charm – Love, Inspire and Motivate People of all Ages
HOW TO EARN IT: Lead a team meeting in-person, and one (1) more through an online event, such as Facebook, where you share a presentation. You must also learn to recite the Origami Owl mission statement from memory.
HOW TO SUBMIT: Email a video and pictures of your Owlette/BRO presenting at their meeting and reciting the mission statement by memory to [email protected].
Turquoise Arrow Charm – Go in the Direction of your Dreams:
HOW TO EARN IT: Create a vision board capturing all of your hopes, goals and dreams.
HOW TO SUBMIT: Email a video or a picture and a few paragraphs to [email protected] describing your vision and the steps you plan to take to reach them.
*Please note, only one exclusive jewelry piece will be awarded per activity achieved during your time as an Owlette or BRO. Rewards period is August 1, 2019 to April 30, 2020 regardless of join date.

The Owlette Program® is committed to living
out the pillars of the Origami Owl® mission:
to be a Force For Good®; to love, inspire
and motivate people of all ages to reach
their dreams and empower them to make
a difference in the lives of others. The four
pillars that form the foundation of the Owlette
Program are: Sales, Sponsoring, Personal
Development and being a Force For Good.
The Owlette Achievement Program is similar
to the Girl Scouts program; it starts the
moment someone becomes an Owlette or
BRO, and they will then have the opportunity
to earn Charms throughout every year they
are in the Owlette Program. We will be adding
new Charms to achieve each year. The first
Charm they get is their Owlette Charm and
the final Charm will be their Graduation Cap.
For each pillar of the business and mission
that’s achieved during the year, Owlettes and
BROs will earn an exclusive piece of jewelry
to include in a special look. Please note, these
recognition items will be awarded every year
on stage at The O2 Experience. Those who
are unable to attend will receive the items in
the mail following the event.

HOW TO EARN IT: Attend three (3) Personal Development sessions. Email [email protected] with details on which session infl uenced you the most.
HOW TO SUBMIT: Submit a short training video than can potentially be shared with other Owlettes & BROs. The video must train or provide tips on something Origami Owl business related that will help others.
Owl Charm – Force For Good:
HOW TO EARN IT: Sell a minimum of 75 “Mended Heart” Force For Good Charms (CH2030) to benefi t Our Military Kids organization.
HOW TO SUBMIT: Email the Order #’s depicting your sales to [email protected].
Backpack Charm:
HOW TO EARN IT: Achieve two (2) out of the three (3) quarterly Owlette incentives within the nine month earning period.
HOW TO SUBMIT: Email the incentives you earned to [email protected]
