Officers with the Oceanside RCMP detachment pause on July 24 to remember Constable Marc Bourdages, the second of two

police officers killed in Saskatchewan in July. Police in Parksville held a memorial July 21 for Const. Robin Cameron. The two died

July 16 after being shot following a domestic dispute.

City moves to curtail the sale of fireworks

Qualicum Beach resident Sylvia Gibb shows off part of the garden that won
